Mark Roth

About Mark E. Roth

Mark joined Barnes Maloney PLLC, in September 2021. He focuses his practice on insurance defense and civil litigation.

Mark was born and raised in Louisville, Kentucky. He attended the University of Kentucky for his undergraduate studies in history and political science. In 2016, he graduated from The University of Kentucky School of Law. During law school, Mark served as the Special Features Editor for the Kentucky Law Journal.

Before joining Barnes Maloney, Mark worked at a Louisville-based litigation firm where he practiced all throughout Kentucky.

In his free time, Mark enjoys fishing, exercising, and spending time with his family.
