About David K. Barnes

David K. Barnes joined the firm that is now Barnes Maloney PLLC in 1990. He has been successfully litigating tort and insurance coverage matters in the State and Federal Courts of Kentucky for 30 years in nearly all of Kentucky’s 120 counties.

David was born in Michigan.  He came to Kentucky for law school and has been here ever since. He practiced law for four years with a large insurance defense firm before joining this firm in 1986.

David is married and has two children. In his free time he enjoys golfing, spending time with his family and traveling.
