Deanna Tucker Obtains Defense Verdict – 2019

In February 2019, Deanna M. Marzian Tucker successfully obtained a defense verdict at trial for her client, a sports pub, against claims of intentional assault; vicarious liability; negligent hiring, training and supervision; and punitive damages.  Plaintiff’s allegation that he was assaulted by security staff at the sports pub and whether the sports pub failed to properly train and supervise the security staff.  The plaintiff claimed multiple foot fractures.  The jury returned a unanimous verdict in favor of the sports pub, finding no liability.  The Court entered a judgment in favor of the defendant.
